Information notice — audience measurement
Version 2026-10-25.1
Controller
Cabinet SECURE — David Museur, Entreprise individuelle, 351 avenue de Fabron, 06200 Nice, France. Contact: contact@lenaxis.net.
Purpose and scope
We measure visits to public pages by signed-out visitors to understand their use and improve the website (legitimate interest). We use Umami 3.4.1, self-hosted with PulseHeberg in France. This measurement is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking and is not combined with accounts or contact requests.
Data processed
Measurement records the page visited, time, browser, operating system, device type and approximate location (country, region and city). The full IP address and browser information are processed transiently to calculate pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers with a key renewed each month and estimate that location; the IP address and raw browser information are not retained in the measurement data.
We send no account identifier, page query parameters, fragment, title, referring address or free-form content. Interactions are not replayed. No measurement cookie is set.
Access and retention
Measurement data is retained for up to twelve months, then deleted by a daily purge (an additional delay of up to twenty-four hours may be needed). Dashboard access is restricted to one administrator through an SSH tunnel, with no public sharing link. PulseHeberg hosts the data on our behalf; it is not sent to an external Umami service.
Your choice and rights
The browser’s Do Not Track signal is respected. The control below also lets you disable measurement in this browser. This choice is stored locally for future visits; it applies to this browser and device and may be lost if you clear their storage.
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest by writing to contact@lenaxis.net. We do not request additional data solely to identify you in the statistics. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr). No automated decision is made on this basis.
