Why we process this data

To answer your demo or contact request, at your initiative (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

To protect the form against abuse and automated submissions (legitimate interest).

Data processed

What you enter: name, email address, company and role (optional), need, message (optional). We also record the language, the page you sent it from, any campaign parameters in the page address and, if you are signed in, your account identifier.

Your connection address and your email address are also used, as pseudonyms computed with a secret key, to count submissions and limit abuse. These pseudonyms are not stored with your request.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is using it: Cloudflare receives your connection address and technical information about your browser.

Recipients

The Cabinet SECURE — David Museur team handling requests. Our processors: the data host (Scalingo SAS (application, France) et PulseHeberg SAS (base de données, Marseille, France)), the Scaleway email service (European Union) and Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for the anti-abuse check; this transfer outside the European Union is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Emails

Your full request is sent by email to the team’s contact mailbox; a reply from the team reaches you directly. We also try to send you a copy of your request, in which we neutralise links and addresses as far as possible.

Retention

Your request is deleted automatically three years after our last contact with you.

The copies received in the team’s contact mailbox are deleted with the request (three years after the last contact), by a yearly manual purge.

A submission attempt that does not complete (refused or interrupted) keeps none of the entered fields in plain text and is deleted after seven days. Anti-abuse counters are deleted at the end of their period (about one month at most).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@lenaxis.net. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
